Yes, they are all characters. Vlad is perhaps the biggest weirdo. He loves to be petted and he insists on his regular petting sessions but to sit on a lap? Only in exceptional circumstances such as all chairs and other sitting spaces being occupied. And we got him primarily for cuddling purposes. We should've tried for a hunting cat, then perhaps we'd have got lucky with a cuddly one.
