But would it not be more cost effective to buy bulk tobacco or if possible, full leaves from a grower? You could make a lot of tobacco tea.
Absolutely, especially for a larger garden or an organic farm. In our case, there are a few leftover packs of cigarettes lying around, taking up space, so we're using them. And the cayenne pepper I only use for my Cajun herb mix.
